Clause offers three levels of support: Bronze, Silver and Gold.

We recommend you use Bronze support (free) for experimentation or evaluation. You get access to all of our online documentation, the developer portal and forums, and in-app chat. We respond to your questions and issues on a best-effort basis.

We recommend you upgrade to Silver support when you need 24-hour guaranteed response times for your questions. For example, as you get close to deploying a product based on the Clause API, or you are rolling out Clause to your end users.

Gold support gives you a hot-line to a named Clause employee, and guaranteed 8-hour response time for questions and issues, as well as a yearly solution assessment to help you get started with Clause. Gold support is a great way to get proactive help and to get the highest quality of customer service to ensure the success of your project.
